Monthly AADC Membership Meeting – July

Our July AADC Members Meeting will be held on Thursday July 7, at 6:30 pm. Members meetings are generally held on the first Thursday of the month, in person or by Zoom at the General Gomez Arts and Events Center, 808 Lincoln Way, in downtown Auburn. Please join us!
At this meeting we will vote to amend/revise our AADC Bylaws. We encourage all AADC members to attend this Meeting. This is an official notice of intent to amend or revise the AADC bylaws at this meeting. The new bylaws will pave the way for us to again be recertified as a Chartered Club of the Democratic Party. The revised bylaws allow for various needed changes, including allowing us to vote online. You can review the new bylaws here. Alternatively, you can view an abbreviated draft of the bylaws, showing each proposed change to the bylaws. This may be an easier document to work with for some. Please come to the July 7 meeting if possible!
Our speaker for the meeting will be Bill Lauritsen, Lincoln City Council Member. Bill has recently endured false accusations of assaulting another council member. He will be talking about this situation.
