Trump knows that Project 2025 is highly unpopular. He has been trying to say that he doesn’t know who wrote it or who is involved. However, the majority of the participants are ex-Trump administration members. He has also been filmed flying on a plane with the main organizer of Project 2025, and he spoke at a conference about how great it was that the Heritage Foundation and others were writing a plan for him. In fact, Trump is specifically mentioned over 100 times in the document.
