SUMMARY:Sierra College Voter Registration Team - Join Us!
DESCRIPTION:If you are interested in registering young voters\, providing voting information and discussing politics in a friendly\, non-confrontational and upbeat way\, we would love to have you join us! If you are interested in joining us and would like more information\, please email us at info@auburnareademocrats.com or check out this LINK from the AADC website. \nIf you are ready to find out if this is the volunteer event for you\, please sign up at Mobilize.us and join us on campus! \n\n\n\n\n\n\nWe are an upbeat\, positive\, non-confrontational team. We use surveys to engage students. This “hook” provides us with the opportunity to talk to students and find out if they are registered to vote. It also gives us the opportunity to educate students and find out what their political views are and what issues matter to them. We will also be focusing on getting students ready for the November Election by providing them with candidate information and encouraging them to register and vote. \nThere is a new parking garage on Stadium Way off of Sierra College Blvd before you get to Rocklin Road. Parking costs $3.00. You will need your license plate number for the ticket dispenser. As you exit the parking structure\, continue straight past the new buildings and onto the quad. You should be able to spot us near the library. It is just past the cafeteria where we have set up in the past. \n\n\n\n\n\n\n
